At Liberty Properties, pets are considered a part of the family. As a pet friendly property, we are required to follow mandated pet guidelines. Contact the leasing office to discuss any pets that may be joining your family.

All pets require a $300.00 pet fee for one pet and $450.00 pet fee for two pets. The fees are non-refundable. In addition to other lease charges, you will be charged  $35.00 for one pet and $65.00 for two pets-monthly pet rent. It will be listed as a separate line item on your lease paperwork.
